He took the time to answer all of our questions, helped my son find the perfect pair of glasses, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Everyone in the store was friendly, professional, and never made us feel rushed. It’s hard to find customer service like this anymore, and they truly went above and beyond. My first visit and eye exam went great. But there was a misunderstanding about insurance. I found out it was totally on me. I was given contacts to try and they were perfect. I just picked up my new glasses, perfect as well. The staff here are just wonderful. Thank you to all of you for a great experience. Robert.

I highly recommend Jason at the Clearwater mall location! He is so helpful and professional. He helped me pick out some new glasses and talked me through all my options.
