Christine at the front was so helpful with insurance and scheduling. Kathleen is extremely knowledgeable and helped answer so many questions I had about my contact lens prescription. Victoria, thank you so much for my new glasses. My vision has never been this good, and you are so easy to work with. I love my new frames too!! All around incredible care, and I can’t wait to bring my kids!

I've been seeing Dr Nora Gindi since 2022. She and the staff are absolutely wonderful. Dr Gindi is thorough, knowledgeable, and takes time to explain things, especially during the binocular vision exam and when speaking about diagnoses. You can get glasses and vision therapy as well.

Dr. Gindi was thorough although it was almost 20 mins waiting in exam room after preliminary tests were done by assistant. Most annoying was the equally long checkout process by Christina who in the middle of checkout, took a phone call and attended to the caller for almost 15 mins. while I waited. She also was very confused by instructions given her by the doctor, trying to give me an appointment in two weeks, when the doctor said 6 mos! Needs more training. Particularly about attending to a patient at the desk FIRST before helping another over the phone!

Not impressed. The Doc is good, nice and thorough apparently. I only bought a pair of glasses. That experience was awful. Waited 2 weeks on initial order called and apparently there was a problem at the lab and they hadn't been started because of some kind of problems with the order. Too much to explain without getting triggered and if they respond they'll just blame me I'm sure. I highly recommend you buy your glasses somewhere else unless you like terrible customer service.

My visit to Healing Eye Care with Dr. Gindi was perfect in every way. The eye exam was extremely thorough, and Dr. Gindi took the time to explain each step and answer all my questions. The whole team is warm, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. Their glasses selection is outstanding with tons of stylish options. I left feeling confident, cared for, and excited about my new glasses.
