Northwood Vision

My experience at Northwood Vision was the best I have had in many, many years. From the office staff to the doctor’s assistant and the time spent with Dr. Keats, all were professionally polite, genuine and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Keats took time to listen to my concerns and he followed up with needed tests and questions to pinpoint my vision degradation. His expertise and knowledge put me at ease. He explained all of the test results and the various options of moving forward. I highly recommend Dr Keats at Northwood Vision. I believe you will feel, as I felt, that Dr Keats and his staff are remarkable.

I had a wonderful experience at my eye appointment. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of my questions were answered. I was so impressed with the level of care and service that I’m now scheduling appointments for my entire family. Highly recommended!

I had an issue with my left eye and contacted the office to schedule a visit for an eye exam and maybe new glasses. I did not mention the left eye issue since I didn't think it was initially a big deal. The office scheduled an appointment for the following month. During the next week, my eye issue did not improve and I decided to call and see if I could move up my appointment. After describing the issue, they advised that this may be an emergency and asked if I could come in right then. I said sure and was seen right away and had a thorough exam by Doctor Keats. I was very grateful to the exceptional staff and the professional of Dr. Keats and his assistant. Thank you!

Very pleased with my exam. Dr. Keats was personable and made me feel welcome. He provided a very thorough exam. The staff were friendly and attentive as well. This is an A+ practice and I’m glad I found it.
