Most of the exam is done at the office by the technicians, who were great, however the overall exam results and prescription are provided by a remote optometrist. Not sure if I would do this again. I prefer to have my exams in person.

Definitely lost a customer! Getting into the mall for an early appointment is almost impossible for a person with disabilities, I finally arrived but nine minutes late and they canceled my appointment saying that after 10 minutes they canceled. I told the lady I’m only nine minutes late and she said well I only have a five minute window. I tried to explain my disabilities and how far I had to walk and she said well we have other customers that are coming in. I believe last time I was there. I waited for more than 20 minutes to get my exam Last time so why is this not reciprocal? The girl at the front desk was extremely rude and seemed very un knowledgeable, did not even speak to a supervisor to see if they could squeeze me in just denied me at the door. I would highly recommend envision eye care, I’ve been there before and now I’m returning! If you wanna waste your time, Use This eye doctor !

It was a very good and interesting experience. I hadn’t been for an eye exam in several years. This was the first time doing a video conference with a wonderful doctor. The man who did the measurements was excellent and very professional.

We have been here once yet received back to back phone calls today for an annual exam. If I decline the call it means I'm busy, it doesn't mean you need to keep calling.

Took my daughter in for vision exam, Doctor was condescending to my daughter. She just turned 18yr. trying to do things on her own.
