I've been going to Frisco Eye Clinic for a number of years. The staff is always friendly and efficient. Andrew does an amazing job picking out the perfect frames for me to choose from. This team has been so accommodating that I continued to go there even when they no longer accepted my vision insurance. I receive my contacts and glasses quickly but if for some reason there is a delay, they are really great about updating me.

I would not recommend this place. The front office staff is sloppy and not capable of simple tasks such as making appointment on date and time requested and yell at patients for being frustrated that they sloppiness is wasting our time and unnecessary phone calls to correct their mistake. Avoid this place if you value your time.

This was my first experience shopping at this store. I purchased two pairs of glasses (one pair being sunglasses). Desiree and Andrew were very professional in assisting with the selection of frames and lenses. There was a wide assortment of frames from which to choose, including international manufacturers. The service was outstanding as they were very thorough in making measurements to be certain of a correct fit. I was reluctant to purchase the high definition digital lenses, but I'm glad I did. The clarity is just amazing. I am very happy with my purchases there and overall had an outstanding shopping experience.

Not the best experience at all. I have been wearing contacts for close to 20 years now and I have also worked in the field so I’m very aware of how everything works. The day of the appointment was great , I was told by the doctor the brand in which I wear In contacts were no longer being made so he provided me with a trial pair of color contacts to try for a week since the colors changed a bit. He also provided a clear pair with my prescription. After 3 days I decided that after 20 years of wear color contacts I wanted to go clear and went to order my contacts online and realized I didn’t have my prescription. I called in to have it sent but was told I could not have it because the doctor wanted to see me in contacts to make sure I adjusted well. I have been wearing contacts for 20 years what is there to adjust to? I was also told that my prescription was written out solely for color contacts so if I wanted to get clear I couldn’t. This is the most horrible customer service I have ever received. I will not be recommending anyone to this place. They take your money and make up ways to attempt to make you come back. The below response says it their protocol but per the doctor I saw he wanted to see me back regarding the color change. Customer beware.

The doctors and staff are like family to us. Desiree in particular always looks out for us to make sure we get the best possible value in our selection of glasses and never tries to sell us extras that we don't need. In addition, she is a trusted advisor when choosing our frames since she has impeccable taste!
