Froedtert & MCW Moorland Reserve Health Center

I have over a dozen doctors at Froedtert. I have to say that I am really impressed by the gynecology department at this location. I’m in my 40s and I have never experienced care like I have from this team. They genuinely care about my health and they do everything possible to assist me. I feel respected, appreciated and valued. I highly recommend the gynecology department at the New Berlin location. They are outstanding.

Dr. Curtiss is the most devoted, attentive and informative doctor you could ever hope to find. She has treated me several times with spinal injections. This is a very delicate procedure. This is when you want the absolute top doctor to perform it. I have never had pain and her calming demeanor will make time go by very fast. Your in and out. You will love her and trust her. I could go on and on but I will stop here.

I had a CT scan for lung cancer at Froedtert Moreland reserve. It’s been well over two weeks and I still haven’t gotten the results. And when you try calling them, all they will do is give you the runaround and connect you to the wrong department. This is beyond frustrating that I’m not getting any answers from them. If you’re going there to have any kind of scanning done, I would suggest not going there. This is for lung cancer. And the longer I wait the more worried I get. So, I cannot recommend them anymore.

The doctors here have generally been pretty good. My visits with my primary doctor were always brief, but I didn’t have any major issues. I also had a few procedures done by another doctor who was very thorough and professional — I really appreciated the care he took with me, and everything went smoothly. That said, a few experiences stood out in a negative way. After one procedure, I was wheeled out so quickly I honestly thought I might topple over. It felt rushed and careless. And during a COVID test, the woman administering the nasal swab made a completely inappropriate comment. After I said, “That wasn’t bad,” she replied, “I could make it hurt if you want me to!” That kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a medical setting. There’s good care here, but some of the staff really need to work on professionalism and patient interaction.

I’ve been coming to Mooreland Reserve for over 5 years as a patient of Dr. Anna Edlebeck and couldn’t recommend this facility more for most of your healthcare needs! Wether you need to see primary care, urgent care, physical therapy, specialty clinics, or just to refill a prescription you can count on this Froedtert facility to get the job done as it’s one of the best in the greater Milwaukee area outside of the main campus itself. Today 8/4/25 I came in for elbow pain which was diagnosed as elbow tendinitis. Dr. Edlebeck developed a treatment plan including x-rays, orthopedic specialists, and the right medication to satisfy my medical needs. She was very professional as was the nursing staff and front of the house when I checked in with the receptionist. They even squeezed me in at the last minute the day of the appointment, which I greatly appreciate as this injury is limiting my productivity at work. Overall I left happy and am glad to recommend this facility, as well Dr. Edlebeck to anyone looking for a good primary care doctor and hospital to go to. You won’t be disappointed, and if you are they will work with you to make sure you leave happy and satisfied!
