My daughter had an appointment at this location today we had a great experience. The doctor was very nice and very knowledgeable. The two front receptionist were also very professional and just great all around. It’s been a while since I’ve gone to a doctor’s office and had this great of service. Thank you all . I really appreciate your time . Victoria can’t wait to get her new pairs of glasses.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Terrible lab work (see pictures) and long wait time to get your glasses done. Sent back to the lab 3 times for further polish and no improvement. Still there was a wide white line around the frame which I never had! Terrible manager (Brianna) who has no idea what customer service means plus very rude and unprofessional. NO RETURN POLICY or any paperwork were provided or given for request.

Terrible experience here and still waiting for glasses. It’s been over two months since initial exam. They ordered the wrong prescription for my daughter’s glasses the first time as the doctor’s prescription was illegible. Now it’s been another month since we got a second exam to confirm the prescription and still no glasses. No apologies or working to correct the situation. I’ve called more times than I can count. They either do not answer or say they’re looking into it and rarely call back. By far the worst experience at an optician ever.

Woman at the front desk is extremely rude and does not know how to treat a paying customer. Their selection of glasses is limited and their hours are sporadic. Save yourself the hassle and go to another location.

I want to share my experience that we had with the New Berlin Herslof. We dealt with Perry and Debbie. They had to call our insurance company to get authorization. We got a call back the very next day (that was a shocker) I spoke with Perry and she explained all of our options that our insurance company would cover and we completed our order. People always make time to complain but I needed to pay Perry a huge compliment. She was competent, professional, and had a great sense of humor. She was a joy to work with. The world should have a lot more Perry's in it. Thank you Perry. Have a fantastic New Year.
