I had a great experience at Simon Family Eye Care when I brought my daughter in for an eye exam. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and very professional. Doctor Simon and her staff made sure to answer all questions with evidence-based support. Paula was an excellent teacher, and she provided easy to understand directions with explanations that supported her teaching. I would recommend this business to anyone that requires Eye Care.

My appointment was done in a very professional manner. The receptionist was extremely friendly & knowledgeable with her initial testing of my eyes before being seen by the Dr. All equipment was sanitized. Masks were worn & hands were washed, including my own for both of our protection. Dr. Debra Simon was her usual pleasant self & put me at ease in her very thorough exam of my eyes. Being retired from the medical field myself, I would definitely recommend her for all ages of excellent eye care!!! I left the office with the sense of having the utmost care of my eyes being taken as if they were her own!

In these crazy times of trying to get the care you need, They showed genuine concern for my situation and for well-being. Paula gave me A++++ customer service, and Dr. Simon explains what’s going on, existing conditions, etc to give a better understanding. Dr. Simon and staff are friendly, fun and extremely good at what they do!

As always, the staff and doctor were great. The girls checking me in/out and doing the pre-exam were very friendly, courteous and explained things as they were about to do them. Dr. Simon was the same. Friendly, courteous and extremely thorough. I have always gotten a more thorough exam and tests with Simon Family Eye Care than anywhere else I have gone.

From the first appointment until the last, I have received very professional and personable treatment. They have been extremely patient with my treatment. They were very personable when working with me and satisfied my many questions and concerns. The prescription was perfect and the fit for my contacts and eye glasses was spot on.
