Our doc is excellent. Everyone but the receptionist is super friendly and kind. Maybe she just had an off day but her vibe was so not matching everyone else's. All good they still get 5 stars!
Danger, Buyer BEWARE I purchased eyeglasses which have a magnetic sunshade clip. One of the magnets became dislodged and almost fell into my eye within the first couple of wears. I returned the defective clip, the office did replaced it but now I am afraid to wear the glasses due to the falling metal. I pray that the office staff will warn their customers and cease recommending this brand.
I have utilized this office for my routine eye exams in the past and the optometrists are doing their expected jobs. When it comes to the selection of eye wear and other services, I have the utter disappointment and frustration with the below expectation services this office has provided. I found the assisting staff and manager responsible with providing customary care in selection of the eye wear to have a total disregard, real care and/or concern for my needs and expected services with their primary focus fixated on an aggressive and uncalled for sale attitude rather than putting the customer need as priority. I have left this office with total disappointment numerous times in the past for the lack of concern and total disregards for my expected and primary eye care accessory needs. As an update to this review a month after my visit I had discomfort with new eye glasses and the prescribed lenses that required me to make a visit to another optometrist and it turns out that the eye exam was completely wrong and I required a different size lenses. It cost me more in doctor visit and new eyewear purchase but at least I have the correct lenses and the proper care that I deserved and did not received from this facility. I can comfortably say now that I will not go back to this place and do not recommend it to anyone, unfortunately.
I’ve been a patient with studio eyes optometry for over 10 years, the quality of care from their team has declined significantly. I didn’t mind the cost before because of great staff, service, and product. Not worth it any longer. Don’t waste your money
I've been going to Studio Eyes Optometry for many years and they've always been great. Helpful, friendly, kind. Always greeting me with a smile. And Dr. Valenzuela is fabulous! So glad she's my new optometrist. She's incredibly thorough and takes her time to get things right, always asking if I have any questions. Great optometrist!
