I didn't get to see Dr. Schoeppner this time because of a change in insurance. Thankfully her assistant found a problem with the insurance coverage and let me know about it. So when I got home I called the insurance and they said yes. The assistant was correct. You are not covered to go to this provider. The office saved me a lot of money by letting me know I wasn't covered and I really am thankful for that. I just took for granted. Any Medicare replacement insurance would be covered and that's not how it is now. So thank you to the doctor's office staff for pointing this out to me and I hope next year when I go back to regular Medicare that I can see Dr. Schoeppner once again. She and her staff are extremely thorough and even Leanne the one that dispenses the eyewear. She is great and wonderful.

Always feel very comfortable with the doctor and she is always pleasant and answers all my questions!! Everyone in the office is very pleasant and accommodating!! Never any issues with anyone!

My wife and I are quite unhappy with the woman who fits the glasses. She seems interested in helping us and the adjustment of our glasses if often completely off. She does not respond to phone messages.

Trust no one else with something as important as your vision. Dr. Schoeppner is extremely knowledgeable in her field. It is a comfort knowing I am in such good care.
