Dr. Kirkemier was so professional & explained everything to me in great detail. She also does the refractive test, which at all other clinics I've been over the years, someone who has received a certification to do refraction did this part. My daughter has been seeing her for a couple of years, but this was my first time. We are both so pleased with the doctor and her staff. They are all excellent!
It was an excellent experience. The team did not waste time. They took me to each station efficiently, constantly keeping me informed at each stop. After the doctor finished the exam, she took the time to answer any questions I had and I did not feel like I was in a high pressure sales pitch to buy new glasses. This was my first time meeting this new staff and I had a great experience.
Exemplary experience with the patient at the center. Dr. Leah is genuinely passionate about her craft and isn’t just trying to sell a pair of glasses. The office is open and inviting. Would absolutely repeat.
I went yesterday because my eyes were red and swollen. Already today they are a lots better will the medication she prescribed. I wished I had taken a before picture so you could see the difference. Thank you
