I have used them the past 4 times to get new glasses. Out of the 4 times I only received some glass cleaner and wiper with one pair of my new glasses. Also. My newest glass have been scratched by my dog which I know is on me. I have called oneonta vision center for the past 4 months to order me a new lens which I will pay for. But they give me th run around that they are not replacing lenses at this time. I don't understand what their problem is. I have decided I will not use them in the future.

Ordered a pair of prescription glasses with bifocal lenses. They measured where to have the bifocals positioned with a ruler and an optical device so I placed my order and paid the bill. Went to pick up my glasses a week and half later and they did not have bifocals which were not usable for me. I asked about it and they told me I didn’t pay for bifocals. I told them that I ordered glasses with bifocals and they should have charged me for what I ordered. They wanted another $30 to send them off again and add bifocals. I told them that I didn’t want to take another chance on “THEIR MISTAKE” and drive that far so I had them give me my money back. This is not a good place to order prescription glasses from.

I had an appt today to see their Dr. My dog chewed my glasses, they were totally unwearable and I had no contacts. So basically I'm legally blind without correction. . I called and 2.5 later I had an appt. She and her staff were awesome. I was in and out in 35 mins. The exam, i could see further down the row than ever before. It was amazing! I had temp contacts until my glasses were received . The Dr is smart, and down to earth. A rare quality in her field. I definitely recommend her. You won't be sorry you when you get an exam by her and the staff!

The doctor was wonderful. The two nurses were awesome. They were very helpful with answering questions about my insurance and getting me the glasses that I need.
