Vision Source of Oneonta

With a customer at this location.First the prescription was completely neglected.came back,was told to take them and try them. Back 5 days later they admitted that they totally forgot the prescription. Was not notified that they were in the house, call to find out that they were back. Go to pick them up,.. Some young lady met us in the lobby. Handed us the glasses in the lobby like a drive-by hamburger. Had to ask to be seated.To at least try them on. Very unprofessional.Hope it's better for you guys

The Physician and Staff at Vision Source in Oneonta AL. is absolutely outstanding! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and professionalism. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized. The staff and physician takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire exam. The physicians knowledge, care, and attention to detail are top-notch. The staff is equally fantastic—friendly, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Have had problems with both set of glasses I've gotten with them.... The first pair the nose guards fell off second pair they slide right off my face and one of the legs is loose the receptionist tried to tighten them.

Love Dr. Harrison! Love his office staff. They are the best. Dr Harrison has been my Dr for many years. He always gets me in if emergency eye problem comes up. He is the best around! I promise you that!
