The receptionist in the front has great customer service. She asked me questions prior to me going back for my first eye exam at this location. I expressed to her that I did not need contacts or glasses. The ophthalmologist however, still gave me an eye exam and proceeded to charge me an additional $75 fee. I am not at all confrontational so I just paid the fee. It was odd because I have never had to pay such a large fee no matter the service. Later, I received ANOTHER bill in the mail for $75. I have insurance. I didn't need anything special. So why was I charged an additional $75??? They sent the bill to a collection company. I have NEVER had an experience like this. Each time I show them the receipt and proof, but it hasn't changed a thing. I am so disappointed. ASK, ASK, ASK about every charge BEFORE SERVICE.
