I have had four eye appt and four pair of glasses from the vision center in Jacksonville Walmart. I have been extremely pleased with the service as well as the glasses themselves. The doctors and the office staff may have changed over the years but the level of service has always remain high. The glasses always arrived sooner than I was expecting and I was always notified quickly. I will continue to be a loyal customer to the Jacksonville Walmart Vision Center.

my father and I were discriminated against by the Walmart employees. The Dr was good, but the other employees were very rude and mistreated us. We had an appointment at 11 showed up 15 min early. 1 man was there before us. $ people came in after us and all of them were seen BEFORE my elderly father. This is discrimination since 2 of these were colored people and we are white. My dad, hard of hearing talks loud and some were giving us rude looks. We waited 2 and a half hours after our appointment. Come to find out the person that checked us in, wrote us as WALK-INS. I had made an appointment the week before because I asked for a MONDAY and she told me they didn't see people on Mondays but she had an 11 on Wednesday, which I took. I will never go here again and pray no one else does.

Amy is always so helpful to me. She goes out of her way for my always difficult situations and I truly appreciate her! She genuinely cares and makes me feel like I have an advocate.

The staff and Dr. are super nice, But, the fact that the Dr. runs incredibly late, is unacceptable.
