Dr Tyson is great, very thorough. Diana and Chris are super. They are always helpful. I love working with them. Store is clean and well organized. I look forward to my yearly checkup and frequently stop to say hello while shopping.
One star for terrible scheduling. Scheduled an appointment that I had to wait an entire month for back in September all the way to a day in October, only for me to get a call saying they had rescheduled. So I rescheduled and waited until yesterday, which I found was a work day for me. So I tried to call and reschedule, but guess what? They said that I’d have to wait ANOTHER MONTH FOR THAT APPOINTMENT! That would not be such a problem if they gave YOU the option to schedule a day that’s good for you, because I can’t just leave a 12 hour shift for said appointment. At least give me the option to schedule a day I’m not working if you’re going to force me to wait an entire month! In conclusion, take your business elsewhere anyone who reads this. Other eye care centers might be pricey compared to this one, but at least they won’t screw you over by saying “YOU work with OUR schedule or not at all”. At least others will book you an appointment when it’s convenient for you AND them.
I cannot say enough good about this vision center. They are absolutely the best. They truly care about their patients. I HIGHLY recommend.
