We had such a great experience today. They were all so nice. Everyone spoke . Welcoming. My son learned how to do his name in sign language while waiting. Def will continue using them !
10/10 definitely recommend. The gentlemen were amazing to work with and they had my glasses ready for me within 30 minutes to a hour. Very friendly and welcoming people.
My family and I have been going here for years. All the staff is professional and very helpful. Dr. Valentini is one of the best eye doctors. He is very knowledgeable, caring and patient. I highly recommend them.
By far THE BEST eye doctor I've ever been to! The staff were so welcoming and knowledgeable about their products. It was so refreshing to walk in and see such a large array of options to choose from! The doctor himself was phenomenal! He was so professional yet he would walk you through every step of the process. I think he's a teacher at heart. 😉 The whole experience was wonderful and fun too. Not only can I see now lol but I love my frames! The prices are customer service are unheard of. The location is great too! My brother and sister in law gave me the recommendation and boy am I glad they did! GO SEE THESE GUYS!! You will NOT regret it!!
So this is the second time I have used this eye care place. First several years ago and it great no problems at all. Second time now little over two weeks and I still don't have the glasses and being told they are just now entering the coatings process and probably be another 4 days. I have never had any that took more than a week. Dr is great no problem there but for some reason the lab they are using is either slow or extremely backed up.
