I’ve been going to this office since I was a kid. The Doctor is very friendly, funny, and professional. My only issues are with Joanne at the front desk. The past 2 years, despite providing my insurance details prior to my appointment there are issues when it’s time for me to order my lenses. As a patient, I should not have to call my insurance and confirm coverage I know I have and be a liaison between the eye doctor’s office and insurance. I feel like Joanne purposely acts passive aggressive, clueless, and unwilling to help whenever I work with her just because I’m black. Overall, the doctor is great but her mom is not the nicest and for that reason, I’ll no longer be going there.

My children and I have been patients with Diane for a decade. Well, today, Joanne has ended our patronage to this business. My son went to his first appointment alone, and due to a slight oversight on my part, last year right after the death of my grandmother, Joanne chose to belittle my son YELLING at him about how they could ruin his credit for an unpaid $25 bill in a lobby full of patients. This is utterly disgraceful and unacceptable behavior. Diane, I hope you see this and know that I enjoyed you as an eye doctor, but I sincerely think it’s time to employ a professional receptionist and for your Mom to retire, and per other reviews, I am not the only one who thinks she is rude and disrespectful to YOUR patients.

I've been a patient of Dr Galbrecht for years now and absolutely love it there. Always easy to work with and kind, i recommend her office to anyone looking for an eye dr.

Absolutely the best place I could take my autistic son for an eye exam. He was not able to complete it 100%, but the person who did the exam did his best to complete as much as possible in an efficient and empathetic manner. Likewise, Dr. Galbrecht showed tremendous patience and empathy in getting the exam done. All in all, the best place you can go if you need your eyes checked.
