This is the best office I’ve been in, the staff is so respectful pay attention to detail, I don’t feel pressured also took time to pick out my frame for my glasses, there selection of frames are beautiful. Joseph is the gentleman who helped me and spent time picking out my frame excellent customer service they went beyond beyond !

This has quickly become my go-to optical shop. I originally came in looking for sunglasses and had such a positive experience that I ended up ordering glasses as well. Everyone was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and they made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I never felt pressured, and I appreciated how much time they took to help me find frames that I genuinely loved. It’s clear that customer experience is a priority here. A special shoutout to Dr. Pedalino, who was fantastic. She was kind, knowledgeable, and thorough, taking the time to answer all of my questions. She made the entire exam experience comfortable and personalized, and I left feeling confident that I was in great hands. I’m already looking forward to picking up my new glasses and will definitely be back in the future.

Dr. Pedalino was so wonderful and kind! Got my glasses and contacts prescription both renewed in a very easy 30 minute appointment. Joseph the manager is amazing and the office is beautiful! Very rare to go to a doctors office where everyone from the front desk to the doctor is warm and personable, highly recommend :)
