The clinic looked modern and hygienic from the moment I entered. Staff members cleaned the equipment regularly between patients, which made the environment feel safe. Consultation didn’t feel rushed and the doctor explained every test result carefully before finishing.
Dr Holly is great! The issue with this office is the selection isn’t great, and some staff members are not customer oriented. They either can’t or won’t order frames you may want- you’re limited to whatever is on hand and what’s on hand is dismal. If you bring in your own frames they really don’t offer any adjustments for proper fit because you didn’t buy them there. No one ever answers the phone, resulting in leaving multiple messages and the return call I received back was pretty snarky. I don’t know if it’s a phone system problem or an attitude problem. I have been there 3x now and won’t return next year.
This is more than just a place to get your eyes examined and pick out new eyewear. They are highly trained and very caring. I always feel that they are doing their utmost for my eye health and also for me as a person.
Pleasant staff ! Everyone was very friendly and Dr. Holly was relaxed and warm. This will be my new optometrist office. It's convenient and easy for parking , too !
This place is conveniently close to my house and very nice and clean and everyone is so kind and helpful and patient, especially since I took forever to find some nice frames 😁, and they let know all the goings on and make sure your insurance will cover any procedure before hand. Yes, I recommend this office.
