My wife Susan & I go to this office ;and we have for several years. We are writing this review together because we both absolutely have EVERYTHING good to say about this office & all the staff! Dr. Peter Oppermann & his staff are the best eye care facility we have ever been too! His staff is nice and very thorough! Dr. Oppermann is so nice, so good and is very very knowledgeable! He always answers our questions, and always suggests options for things that we need! Plus, this office always has options & is truthful on costs of eyeglasses/sunglasses; and makes them more affordable for us! The office staff that fits your glasses are so knowledgeable & nice; makes the experience easier! Cuz’ we all know we really can’t see what we look like when trying on new frames! LOL! They are very truthful on fit & what looks good on our faces; and we love that! Also, they accept our insurance; which makes it easier for us! We highly recommend Gaylord Eye Care!

I called Gaylord Eye Care Center just minutes after they opened due to losing my glasses on a kayak trip the day before. Within 90 minutes of my call, I received a new pair of glasses by their expert staff. They went above and beyond, proving a quality product and very friendly service. I am happy to be able to see again! I will be back. I highly recommend them!

Incredible doctor, so pleasant to be seen by Dr Opperman, he explained everything so well and with such positive energy and enthusiasm. I knew I was in super good hands and well cared for. The nurses took really good care of me and getting all the images and testing done before seeing the doctor was very smooth. Seems very high end and the latest equipment and technology. And the price was reasonable in my opinion for the quality of care. Top notch.
