Very good Optometry office. Eye exams are very thorough and the Technicians are very polite and informative about the process you are going through. The Doctor is very courteous and thorough in his examination and will answer any and all questions about any concerns you may have.
Dr. Kimball and his staff have been amazing! Dr. Kimball took the time to explain our options when our child needed glasses for the first time, and they have been great at fixing said glasses when they get bent up!
Gem Vision has been a wonderful addition to our community. Dr. Kimball has seen all the members of our family, including our children. He was extremely patient with my kids and with answering all of my questions. He went above and beyond to find the perfect fitting contacts for me. I’ve struggled with wearing contacts but after seeing Dr. Kimball, I’ve been able to wear contacts without any issues. I knew exactly how much our visits were going to cost. There were no hidden fees, which I really appreciate. Gem Vision has very friendly and helpful staff! We can’t recommend them enough.
No thank you I had an appointment for 3pm they call an changed it to 1pm that was good so I get there 4 my 1pm at 220pm I walk out an am still mad they said o your apps was for 120 not so 1pm well not be going back O
The doctor is really knowledgeable and very kind. I like how patient he is and time he takes to explain things to you. The staff is great also.
