Very courteous and professional staff. Unlike my prior optometrist, I wasn’t overwhelmed by the smoker odor of my attending optometrist while in close proximity. While making the appointment, I asked to be placed on their cancellation list of one was available. Was immediately told of opening which I took. Everyone was pleasant and when required or needed, very informative. Nice atmosphere, clean and well kept.
Dr. Graviet is awesome. I had my 6 month old and two year old with me. The baby screamed during my whole exam but he never got flustered, he just worked quickly and efficiently and never made me feel bad. I had to bring my kids last minute and was flustered myself but he was calm and relaxed the whole time. The whole staff was super nice. I’ve been a patient for a couple years and never have had a bad experience.
Dr. Hall is the best! He is so patient and provides in depth answers to all my questions. I’ve gone to him for the last 3 years for glasses and contacts. He is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to support his patients. Eye 2 Eye Star has many glasses options and staff are so helpful. I’ve always found the right pair! I had a wonderful experience with Eye 2 Eye in Star from the front desk to the Doc. The process was easy using very sophisticated equipment. My wage has used them for years with very ‘unique’ eyes and they have done great with her also. This was my first time needing reading help and the Doctor laid out easy prescription details in the end from what to use for up close and the computer. Thank you all!!
