Costco Optical

This is the best optical department I've been to. I've been to shopko when it was still open in Nampa, advanced eyecare with is supposed to be a really good one and even an optical department in fairbanks, AK. This place blew me out of the water it was like stepping into a whole new world. Everyone was friendly l, nice, and so professional it was unbelievable. The eye doctor did the exam quickly and efficiently. They have a lot of the new updated eye equipment here for exams as well. The good things I can say about Soreno, who helped me pick out glasses, is that: she immediately came up to me with out a number to start helping and was patient with how long it took me to decide. The only weird thingis that when she leaned over to mark where my eyes are on the glasses, she very quietly said," oh my god...," like maybe it was a pain to do that? Maybe she didnt enjoy helping after all? Unknown, but over all a great experience at Costco. I will be returning and already reccomended the vision care center to my mom.

Charlie in the Costco Optical Department was wonderful! She repaired my glasses and even fixed the rest of the upper part too, so they wouldn't break again in the future. After that, she helped fix my older pair and then gave me estimates on contacts. It was very very busy that day, but she was very patient and gracious with me. Thank you, Charlie! You make Costco Optical a quality place to have my glasses done.

Called for appointment. One hour later had a very thorough eye exam with prescription for $90. Cancelled a previous scheduled local optometrist appointment that wanted $260 for the same services. Very clean and efficient optical department. Optometrist was quite patient and answered all my questions. Never felt rushed. Great selection of frames as well…also at unbeatable prices.
