This place is amazing and the staff was so accommodating, super nice! Hands dwn best service I've ever had at an eye glass place. These ppl are fast and efficient. So my glasses broke Fri night just before bed. I woke up sat and searched the internet and found these guys. Very knowledgeable and quick to help. My frames broke at the bridge so my lenses were good. What's great about eyemart is they have an in house lab. I asked if we can find a smaller profile frame if they can shape the lense to fit. Without hesitation they said absolutely, they also verbalized a disclaimer that even tho they can, it is a small possibility that the lenses could break I was totally fine with that cause if they could pull it off it would save me tons of money. BTW the lenses are about 10 yrs old. I gotta say alexis is a lense shaping magician. It only took about 10-15 mins. No gaps, no cracks. Fits perfectly. Now I can use these for a back up pair and schedule an eye exam I can't wait to come back for new prescription and new specs!

I spent a lot of money on my glasses. I take very good care of my glasses. They scratched from me cleaning them. Unfortunately, this happened on day 52. My bad, i waited 10 days to go in. Your warranty is good for 60 days. Even if the damage was before. I feel like these may be the most expensive cheap lenses i've ever had. if they can not hold up to be cleaned with my cloth (I was told to make sure to was the cloths) but i just throw them away and use new ones. I am quite livid right now as i spent $600 for glasses that lasted me 2 months and this company will not back their product. Had i known these lenses were this cheap, i would have definitely purchased the "extra" protection, but oddly enough, i've never had this happen to any glasses that i've purchased from Eagle Vision, and that's where i have always purchased from before. They are more expensive, but they stand behind their product unlike this company. They have now lost me as a customer forever but unfortunately, I'm just one person, so they will feel no punishment from me going elsewhere. i will definitely never tell any of my friends or family to use this company and they will never get good words spread from me either. Do not use this company or if you do, make sure that you buy their extra warranty as they do not have a 1 year warranty like any reputable company. Also, be ready to experience super cheap lenses. Make sure that you only wipe them down with brand new cloths as a cloth that is 1 month old will scratch them...can't believe how easy it was to scratch them. Highly recommend going anywhere but this company.

Checkin at the doctor’s office was also extremely professional and friendly. I wish I could remember the young man’s name who checked me in. He had tattoos on his arms. Super sweet guy! It was my first time getting a full eye exam and glass prescription and Dr. Brett Fredericksen, O.D made me feel extremely comfortable. He took the time to explain everything and was extremely patient with my endless questions. I never felt rushed or that there was a time constraint. I felt like the only person that mattered was me. When it came to picking frames and making the glasses Rick [aka ‘Rickles’ to us] gave real concierge service. He explained all of my options and again answered all of my questions fully and in a very professional way. I got a second pair of reading glasses for free as a promo they had and my progressive lenses were new to me and he took the time to explain how to use them and how the transition to getting accustomed to them would be. I can’t say enough good things about Rick. He is highly promotable…hold onto him! Actually, everyone in the store was super friendly. My 2 pair of glasses were ready in 20 minutes!

I broke my old glasses (from somewhere else) in half yesterday and they were able to swap my lenses into a new pair within 5 minutes. Snowy is amazing and even set us up with a warrantee while being very kind to our toddler. We will be back!

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. I took my 14yr old in yesterday to get a couple pairs of glasses. I worked with Rick and Marla and both were so kind, helpful and super quick service. This store and location will be our go to moving forward!
