Everyone was super helpful and kind. They explained all the new services they offered which made our experience even more enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised to hear that you do insurance claims internally now and that you repair lenses. We already prefer Warby Parker for our glasses but these updated services make it even easier.
The staff were easy to work with and gave helpful advice for which eyeglass frames looked best for me. It was a smooth and quick process! They even adjusted my current glasses during the process, and reminded me that Warby Parker offers lifetime eyeglass frame adjustments.
I’ve never been consistent with wearing my glasses, mostly because price, fit, and concerns about adjustments have been a barrier. Warby Parker made all of this so easy. Lots of styles to try on, so many customizable options, approachable price point, can use my insurance, accepts HSA, and offers a 30 day guarantee. Win win!
Great place to choose and purchase new eye glasses. The staff is lovely and the selection is great. Not thrilled with the location but it worked out great and they mail the glasses directly to me so I don't have to drive that far to pick them up.
I discovered there was a Warby Parker store in the Meridian Village and had a wonderful shopping experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and made shopping for new frames a delight. I am so pleased with my new frames and look forward to receiving them in a few weeks!
