I had an amazing experience here, absolutely no complaints. The doctor treated me super well, Explained everything in detail about my eyes, explained what she recommended for my eyes and my sight. Recommended products as well as prescribed things that were going to help my eyes feel better. At the front, I had a great level of service. They provided all the options available to me and my insurance, different options, different frames and was extremely patient and friendly. Highly recommend. Thank you!

For the last decade or so, I've had issues with my Rx. Contacts had worked perfectly fine, but anytime Id worn glasses, no matter the strength, my eyes just couldn't adjust. Id constantly be straining / squinting just to get my eyes to focus. It's been incredibly exhausting and inconvenient, to put it mildly. Over this time, Ive seen half a dozen eye doctors and ophthalmologists, all of which have heard my story and were stumped. My eyes were/are healthy. My Rx is low. I've been clueless and beyond frustrated. Now, fast forward to a few weeks ago when I had my first appointment with Dr. Shifflett, and within, what?, five minutes of speaking with her, I finally, finally, finally got an answer. The solution was a subtle tweak to my Rx, and one that many other eye docs had seemingly overlooked throughout the years. Dr. Shifflett gave me a full 'astigmatism 101' session to explain it, and even left me with a very thoughtful written note that went into further detail if I was curious to learn more. She went above and beyond, to say the least, and clearly cares about what she does and helping every patient who walks through her doors. It was incredibly refreshing to have an actual dialogue rather than just to be told "I don't know" as I had been by so many in the past. Dr. Shifflett is incredibly knowledgeable, down to earth, and just easy to talk to. She literally helped resolve a decades-long issue over the span of one appointment. (It feels SO good to wear glasses again!) Plus, the rest of the staff is friendly and welcoming, just the same. All is to say, as long as I'm in the neighborhood, I don't see myself going anywhere else. (Pun absolutely intended.) I can't thank you enough!! 🤓
I had a great experience at this location. It was my first time getting contacts and glasses ever, and they made me feel super comfortable. Doctor Shiffle is the best, and I recommend this place. They know what they are doing and were very patient with me.
Kenny was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Found my favorite optical! Will recommend to everyone I know! Great prices!
I had a wonderful expletive at this optical shop. The staff were incredibly friendly, profesional and patient. Vilma helped me pick a great pair of glasses and made sure I was comfortable.
