Love this place! The staff and eye dr are amazing. Not to mention they are so understanding and accommodating! I have had unforeseen circumstances and have had to cancel/reschedule for both myself and children. They have always been so kind and patient with me and getting us rescheduled ❤️ I also really appreciate the staff when I was having a hard time feeling good in any glasses I tried on and they helped me not only pick out a good pair but made me feel beautiful in the ones I picked 🥹❤️

Great staff and service, very professional and helpful. I am a wheelchair dependent person and felt very comfortable here. Rooms were set up for adequate wheelchair movement and the staff was very patient as I maneuvered into position for the eye exam. The waiting room was spacious enough that I didn’t feel like I was overtaking it with my power wheelchair. Only concern is the lack of an automated door to enter/exit the building. However a staff member did hold the door open for me when I exited (and I feel positive would have held the door open on my way in if I had let them know I was there). Glad to have discovered Geneseo Vision Center and prefer them over driving back into the Quad Cities for my eye care.

Great place with a passion for helping people from vision issues to eye wear.i always took my vision for granted until I experienced a severe eye injury.dr Wilson squeezed me in on a very busy Friday morning and upon examination determined I needed to go to university hospital iowa city asap.dr wilson set everything up and my wife and i were on our way, upon arrival the university doctors had been breifed thoroughly by Dr Wilson and started treatment immediately.i had never meet Dr Wilson or his staff before this but l was treated as though I had been one of his patients for years,Dr wilson even called us on the way to iowa city checking on my status and our arrival time.for the next 9 months iowa city provided care while Dr Wilson and his staff continued checking on me and my recovery status .I am now back seeing Dr Wilson and between him and his great staff I know I'm receiving the best care .to Dr Wilson and his staff Thank you so much...

Always a pleasant experience with the staff here! My children and I have been patients for a few years now, and the amount of courtesy and professionalism is top tier. Fast, friendly, helpful and accurate. I showed up at 1:15pm for a 1:20pm appointment, was taken back immediately, got a full eye exam, a slight change in my prescription, ordered contacts and left at 1:32pm. My vision is great and I'm not sure how you can possibly be more efficient than that.
