From the moment I walked in, I had a wonderful experience. The entire team was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The evaluation was very thorough, with several tests completed to ensure a comprehensive assessment. The staff took the time to explain each step, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the results and recommendations. They made me feel comfortable and at ease before I even had a chance to feel nervous. I left feeling confident in the care I received and appreciated how attentive, knowledgeable, and professional everyone was. It's clear that patient care is a top priority here. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding eye care.

It’s a pleasure to know dr. Genis. She is always positive, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, attentive and she has a place in her heart for every person she encounters. Has your best interest in mind and is reachable in any part of the world. She really cares and I don’t see this in every official I go to!!!! Even when she goes on vacation I can reach her on her cell phone and ask for her guidance. She doesn’t tell her patients to call 911 in case of emergency, when she’s out of the office, but leaves her cell number because she cares about us, her patients 24/7. When you’re a doctor- no days off. She’s loved and respected by her employees, patients and fellow doctors. She’s so fast on her feet that she’s able to deal with several tasks at a time with 100% precision. Every person who works at dr. Genis’ office cares about people who come for help. When I come for my appointments I see it every time. Highly recommend this office and can surely say that dr. Genis is a skillful surgeon and a wonderful caring person.

Dr. Genis is the best ophthalmologist not only in NYC but in the entire state of New York. She's a great and a very skilled surgeon, highly regarded by patients, doctors and nurses both in her office and a surgical center where she operates. Dr. Genis performs complicated surgeries both cataract and glaucoma and a combination of both with a very high success rate. Very clean, friendly office. Professional staff. I'm very happy to be a patient here for 32 years, since the very first day dr. Genis opened her practice. It says a lot!!!

Dr. Yagnatovsky Is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and personable. She was very thorough in trying to get to the root cause of the issues I’ve been experiencing, and took the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions I had. The office is clean, the staff is friendly. I would highly recommend.
