The delivery from the store is awesome there's rarely any substitutions I really appreciate that they delivered to roan mountain. The staff is super friendly here that's always a welcoming environment. Parking lot is pretty busy sometimes though

First time ever using Walmart curbside pickup and I honestly loved it. The whole process was super easy and convenient. I checked in, pulled up, and they brought everything right out to my truck. Not gonna lie it felt like being a kid again waiting on presents 😂 Just sitting there knowing your stuff is on the way out. The employees were friendly, quick, and handled everything professionally. Definitely saving me time and I’ll be using this again for sure. Great experience all around!

I haven’t been to this location in a hot minute and the aisles have been changed since. I approached an employee for help to find something. Struggling and maneuvering around like I had been the past ten minutes, the employee pointed out which aisle it was in, just before catching an attitude and closing the conversation stating “you know you can just look at the signs, where it says everything is at”. Implying I hadn’t looked already. Okay, thanks Jessica!

Worst Walmart I've been to or used. Have had nothing but issues with their grocery delivery. 6 times now I've had to complain, speak to support, or message with online support about grocery delivery. 6 times my delivery order has been lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong house! The staff that I have talked to about my delivery issues were not very friendly, and seem to have no clue half the time what is even going on. I even canceled my Walmart plus at one point because of how many issues I've had and how they do not care about customers at that store. There are always substitutions and one time I even had pick up ordered where they said they were out of an item so when I did my pickup I went into the store and low and behold I found that item myself. When I can get deliveries from Bristol Walmart I NEVER have these issues. Every time I go into the store, it never fails that they are always allowing any old dog in the store. These are pets, not certified service animals. Half of the people picking orders are rude as well. Do better Elizabethton Walmart!

I am only giving a 5 star review because you have an amazing employee named Shannon. I was looking for an item and saw a guy in the auto area and told him, 'Sorry to bother you but I have looked twice in each area to find this, could you help me'? I didn't get his name but I was right up on him...at first I just thought he didn't hear me....I talked loudly and then walked on the otherside, he purposely looked the other way. Anyways, I saw someone in the tv/phone dept. and he helped me and took me straight there! Give Shannon a raise...he is a great employee!!!
