Dr Ortiz was courteous, kind and very professional. He truly listens to his patients and gives the best recommendations based on patient needs. I’ve enjoyed my visits here and would highly recommend them. The facility is modern and clean. The people are all very nice. I feel like I get a thorough examination and that all of my concerns are addressed.
Dr Ortiz and staff are helpful, friendly, kind, patient And willing to go the extra mile to see to it that you have a very enjoyable examination. Dr. Ortiz and all his staff treat you like family. He’s also very concerned about what your medication’s are gonna cost and goes the extra mile to make sure that you’re not paying any more than necessary.. I told him that I wish all my doctors were as concerned as you are about medication costs. I consider it an honor and a privilege to be his patient. This is my fourth visit over the last 20 months; this is because I have had serious health issues. He and his staff have exceeded all of my expectations. I can’t think of a single thing that they could have done better. I also had to have my glasses repaired as I had dropped them twice. There was no charge for fixing my glasses.
Everyone was very compassionate and listened to my concerns. Dr. Entrekin was very kind and thorough. She explained what was wrong and how to take steps to fix the problem. Cannot recommend this clinic enough! The whole staff is great!
