For Eyes

I’m leaving a 5 star review for the retail side and the retail side alone. Matt and everyone on the front end are the sweetest, most caring and compassionate people you’ll ever meet. As for Dr. Edwards, I give her a 1/5 stars. She is cold, has no bedside manners, and got my prescription wrong three times. I’ve been trying to get my contacts and contact prescription settled out since March and it’s now almost August. It did take trial and error and time to find a brand that worked for me, however, when I brought up my concerns about the prescription being off or concern about the fit and feel, she ignored me, wouldn’t so much as look in my general direction, put in an order for another trial, shoved the paper in my hands and showed me the door. When I asked questions she talked down to me and with an attitude and I left out of her chair crying on multiple occasions. Matt and the rest of the front end crew were there to comfort me and do everything in their ability to remedy the situation. I wound up going back to my previous eye doctor 1.5hrs away to get my prescription which was VERY different than all three of the prescriptions Dr. Edwards gave me. I then took my prescription back to this location and ordered my contacts and glasses from Matt. Dr. Edwards should not be in health care if she’s going to treat patients like a burden and a paycheck. As for the front end crew, they deserve a raise for having to put up with her day in and day out.

Very quick and friendly service. All the employees i dealt with were very knowledgeable and helpful. Some of the best service experience I've had when dealing with getting new glasses. Matt is most definitely an asset for the company.

I hate going to the eye doctor. This was a very pleasant experience. I only hate how much I have to pay for my glasses. The rest is not bad. Saying that Matt explained things so well. I didn’t know that there were so many choices out there. He was just a wonderful person to work with. I walked away not minding paying for my glasses. I would recommend them highly. They seem to care about their customers.

I am so pleased with my prescription Meta glasses. My experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From scheduling my eye exam to being quoted prescription for a slight stigmatism, blue light/UAB, And anti-glare lenses I cannot be any more enthused with my process. Although my insurance allowed any frames of my choosing, I opted to have my prescriptions placed within my Meta glasses. It saved both time and money. The knowledge of the staff was reassuring and the equipment to properly diagnose vision issues, was superb. Thank you so much for your assistance! I will continue to visit For Eyes for my vision needs.

The optometrist is great but the office staff in the store are all terrible. Most expensive place in town to order contacts and they won’t give you a pair to wear during the 7 days it takes to get the lenses. I may still get my exams here but I’ll never order glasses or contacts through them again.
