He is professional and personable giving a good description of what is going on and offering choices giving me opportunity to give input. I was very concerned about the cornea implants and he put my mind at ease that they looked very good after my tick bite reaction. He is an excellent doctor! Don’t let him go anywhere!
Everyone was nice, kind. Megan (spelling) was fun to talk with, patient with the testing. Dr Ortiz was very personable. Took the time to explain everything well, patient with my questions. Felt confident about my decision to go there.
I called 2 days ago. There automated phone system is horrible. It puts you hold and tells you there are 3 callers ahead of you with a 10 minute wait. I waited and then they shoved me over to voicemail and tell me to leave my name and number so I did reluctantly. They’re ok with wasting my time but don’t think about wasting theirs. Now this would have been my second appt. The first one was fine. The dr was fine. By the way they still haven’t called me back. 2 days! It’s ok though there’s other doctors. I have an appt. with a different office.
Keith Berry was excellent describing my problem with my eyes. He explained about the surgery and procedure.I am looking forward to having this done. Dr Berry has a great staff and they all are very professional.
Everyone was so nice and extremely polite and helpful. 😊 From the beginning to the end, my experience was awesome. 😎 Dr. Entrekin was very knowledgeable and explained everything in layman’s terms. I totally enjoyed my experience and will definitely make Dr. Entrekin my regular eye 👁️ doctor!!!
