Terrible experience with this vision center. My entire family went in for exams and new glasses. Soon after my wife and son went back, my wife came out to tell me that the nurse was threatening to cancel my son's appointment because he didn't want to do the test that puffs air into your eyes. When I went and asked for an explanation, I was given a ton of attitude by the nurse. When I pointed out her attitude, she didn't apologize, she cancelled all of our appointments on the spot. I also spoke with the doctor who was unapologetic. I don't know what ever happened to 'the customer is always right ' but it is non-existent at the Walmart vision center in Carrollton GA. So that's what you get here.... threatening a child who is afraid of an eye test then getting a sassy attitude for wanting further explanation.

Good luck! These people are not customer service oriented, very condescending and the employees are not versed on the lenses and products they sell. When the licensed optician is out to lunch glasses can’t be ordered or picked up, but they are there to tell you they can't help you! If the vision department can't service the customer during your lunch hours, ADVISE customers you are closed during lunch hours. **Save yourself time and stress, go elsewhere!** Hopefully I will be able to pick up my glasses for the third time, I'm seriously considering cancelling my order and get my money back, will most likely have a problem doing that too!
You can’t get anything done if the provider isn’t there but they never seem to be there. You aren’t allowed to pick up orders/samples or place orders. . I finally was able to pick my contacts up and all they had to do was hand me a bag and I left. The provider needs to be there for that? Ridiculous.
Outstanding Service and Care! I had a fantastic experience at the Walmart Vision Center! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and treated with kindness and professionalism. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions.
Doctor Smith was very friendly and professional. The guy that did my eye exam was also friendly and professional. They both made me feel comfortable while having the exam done. Some of the staff put front were a bit rude but the doctor is amazing. I recommend this walmart vision and glasses to everyone.
