I normally love Sam's club, I've been a member there for 6 years. Went in today however and I'm not super happy. I bought some steaks, filet to be exact, and whoever cut them needs to go back to butcher school. Every single filet in the package was cut from the big end of the tenderloin. Which means everything steak I bought has about 20% of the steak that is unusable because they did not trim the chain off. For $24 per pound this is unacceptable. $62 for 4 steaks and 1/4th of it is fat and chain. I guess I'll go back to buying the whole tenderloin and trimming and cutting it myself. At least the price per pound buying the whole primal is lower because yes you are going to throw some of it away. Again, completely unacceptable to have to do this much trimming and waste for pre cut steaks.

I had the best interaction with the lady who was supervising so well in the kitchen/ Pizza area. I believe her name was Trish or something like that, she had a slightly raspy voice, She was truly doing so well with the team, quick, organized, and FRIENDLY to each customer. I had to leave a customer comment, I really had a great experience.
I am giving up my membership due to lack of use. I will say I had to do a survey on Costco other day. Sam's beats them out in amount of items offered and wayyyyy more organized. Also the item tells you what location items are. Costco does not have store guidance of layout.
CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! Worst customer service from employee named Michael at grocery pickup. I canceled my membership just because of the interaction I had with him. I've never been so disrespected by an employee at a retailer. If you value yourself if you value being treated respectfully I will not shop at this location or even spend any money at Sam's club.
This review is for truck receiving. Took a very long time to get unloaded.Load of sams brand bottled water.Appointment 23:00 out 3:30 am. Looks like the people that work in receiving have no clue who’s got what appointment time . They kind of go by load importance. They kept taking walmart trucks while otr trucks have to wait regardless of appointment time. Maybe you guys didn’t know but we have to go by the same hours of service like the walmart trucks.Overall most Sam’s locations receiving is pretty organized but this one has some improvements to make.
