Best eye doctor I have every had sorry I am late finding them out, but better late than never! Not going anywhere else as long they stay in business!

I originally choose this place because I wanted to support a local Brookside business and I've been very pleased with their services. You might have to jump through an extra hoop for insurance reimbursement compared to some of the national chains or network providers, but their exceptional service definitely makes it worthwhile. I wear both contacts and glasses. The contacts they recommended for me are the best I've ever had. They spent more time considering which line of contacts were most suitable for my vision problems than any other optometrist that I've been to. Same for the glasses as well. A great match for my vision problems. I got an expensive pair of lenses and then somehow manage to scratch them up 9 months later. I took them to get repaired and I was expecting to have spend hundreds on a new set of lenses. But they recognized that they were still under warranty. They handled shipping them to the manufacturer and then they were ready for me to pick up a week later...all at no extra cost to me. I really appreciate service like that and they definitely earned a new long-term customer.

Oh Gerry, I love my new glasses! And I love supporting local businesses like yours. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. And the Doctor took his time not only examing my eyes, but informing me of things he thought I should know now and in the future. From setting up my appointment to picking up my glasses; this company is a class act!

I am so glad I found this place. I woke this morning and stepped on my very expensive glasses. They bent pretty badly. I was close to another place and they tried to fix them and I felt they looked worse. I was pretty concerned and a friend referred Gerry. I'm glad they did. Very friendly staff and my glasses are like brand new! You guys are a life saver!

I had a horrible experience with this shop. Their optometrist did my exam and I ordered two pair of glasses, including scratch protection. The prescription was incorrect for both pair, more blurry than my previous pairs. And a few days in, the sunglasses I ordered had several scratches on the left lens. One week later I returned to the shop and pointed out those problems. They said the scratches were my fault. They said they did the lenses correctly and the optometrist was not in, whom I would have to talk to in person. I have now used up my insurance money for prescription eyeglasses, and don’t have usable glasses. DO NOT trust this store with your eyeglass needs!
