My prescription said polycarbonate lenses... the lenses I got are, and this is not an exaggeration, an inch thick. Was told to "try putting them on more and more" when I expressed that my vision is worse in these glasses. Pretty sure she just wanted me to go away, so I did. May as well toss my new glasses in the trash. People care for others less and less these days. It sucks

A friendly professional compassionate staff awaits to provide you with optimum service. I found frames that were better than I dreamed and the turn around time for perfect lenses was faster than I have ever experienced in the past at other "chain" facilities. Even though they were very busy when I came in they made me feel I was their only customer. I doubt you will go anywhere else again once you've experienced Research Optical. I am not professionally affiliated with this organization nor was I paid for this review.

Love this place!!!!! Been going here for years. They have a variety of designer frames at very reasonable prices. And the service is outstanding. I wouldn't go anywhere else. RESEARCH OPTICAL is the place to go.
