Came here for an emergency since my glasses are broken. They don’t accept walk ins even though they’re literally empty. They don’t answer the phone nor return calls when leaving a voicemail. They ordered the wrong frames that I paid $270 for JUST the frames not including lenses. It’s been 3 weeks and I’m still waiting on my order and I cannot see for the life of me. They don’t call to give you an update on the mistake they made. I am having to wear broken glasses in the mean time to get by. This business is managed horribly! Never coming back.

Always a pleasure dealing with this location, they’re nice and clean, open modern floor plan with tons of seating and amazing staff. Carlos in particular always stands out with his knowledge, professionalism and loveable personality/ customer service. Thank you Vision unlimited and all ur team.

I visited this location and the ladies were nice and respectful very helpful. Sucks when you try to call though to check up on your orders or appointments . No one ever answers the phone , and I never got a follow up or call back, But the doctor is nice listened to my concerns and questions seemed attentive .I rate this place a solid 7 on a scale of 6 on a scale of 1 being bad and ten good . Only because the follow up after you appointment doesn't exist. But nice place overall.When you call they make you wait a long time .It allot of waiting and misunderstanding due to language barrier

I am beyond frustrated with this place. All I wanted to do was reschedule an appointment for my senior mother, and instead, I got a crash course in how NOT to run a front desk. First and foremost, the employee answering the phone didn't speak English or even attempt to help me. I was put on hold three separate times, and not once did anyone bother to come back. On my fourth attempt, they picked up and immediately hung up on me—no greeting, no explanation, just pure rudeness. The lack of professionalism and basic phone etiquette is mind-blowing. It’s not just poor service—it’s disrespectful and insulting. If you don’t want to do your job, then go elsewhere. The staff (especially the ladies answering calls) need serious training—or a a free subscription to Duo Lingo to learn the ways to communicate with clients. Do better. People’s time and patience aren’t disposable. Between my calls and this post, I've wasted 30+ minutes.

I love my experience here today everyone was extremely friendly and well mannered the office felt like a luxurious experience this will be my new place for sure.
