Consider going somewhere else. If you decide to go, bring your lunch and any medications you might need to take while waiting. if your diabetic bring your insulin. They schedule everyone (est 30patients) to be there before 10 am. The waiting room is racked and stacked with patients. Be prepared to be there 3 hours. Watch and take notice no patients arrive after 10 am. Same is true if you schedule after lunch. It is borderline abuse for the elderly. Making them wait like that. this place is about the worst when it comes to waiting. Their scheduling policy is absurd. If you have to go because of insurance coverage Take it easy on the staff. The staff is great, doing the best they can.

I highly recommend, you go elsewhere. The wait time is ridiculous. This dr has been in the room without a patient for over 15 mins 😒. Going on 2 hrs of waiting..... They overbook people on appt and don't care.....

No one is properly trained. The fire alarm rang, all the staff ran out the back door to evacuate and left all the patients sitting in the lobby 😆wondering what happened. I had to tap a bunch of old handicap people on the shoulder and tell them to run and get out.

Very disappointed with this location.. I had a 9 o'clock appointment keep in mind they open at 8am. I got to my appointment at 8:45 and there were 15 people ahead of me... there is only one doctor on duty.. how is it possible for one doctor to see 15 patients and maybe perform some procedures in 1 hour.. I waited one hour (10:00am) to be called in only to find out that I was moved to another waiting room where there were 14 patients waiting to be seen.. This practice of overlooking is a shameful and totalys disrespectful to the patients. I got up and told the nurse to cancel my appointment. I was considering getting my new glasses thru them but my time is worth more than anything they can offer.. I will continue to get my glasses and Costco Optical...

Exceptional Eye Care Experience! I recently visited Medeye Associates and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The front desk staff were warm, efficient, and made the check-in process seamless. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed to make patients feel comfortable. What really stood out was their cutting-edge technology and attention to detail. From advanced diagnostic tools to personalized care plans, it’s clear this practice is committed to excellence.
