Went here for my sons eye doctor appointment and the ladies at the front desk were very rude. It took everything in me not to blow a gasket. 0/10 will not recommend nor will I ever go back there.
I absolutely love the care I receive as a patient here. They never actually make me feel like a patient, more like a friend. My eyes get the absolute best care and I always leave feeling like my vision is in great care with the doctors and staff. To top it off they have a great selection of eyewear, cases and cleaners. I sear clearly thanks to them!
Staff is always very friendly and professional. Very good with little kids too making them feel comfortable when they aren't used to being at the eye doctor. Great selection of glasses to choose from, and always willing to help with glasses issues to help fix the problem.
My whole family sees Dr. Michaud. She is great with kids and takes the time to explain everything so that you fully understand. Very knowledgeable. The office staff is helpful and responsive with any questions we have.
