11184126 CRM:043700468 AI mete transitional glasses. I have supported sunglass hut my entire life and never had an issue with them until I brought the meta glasses! All I wanted them to do under the warranty was fix the screw on the frame so it could be tight. Sent it in like they asked and they send me a 400 dollar voucher! Guess what? Glasses are 460 plus tax. If you wish to save a customer please make up the difference. I would have taken back my glasses versus not getting the same thing back. Also no one responded or respond to my call or text or email. What happened to customer service?

Sold me $400 prescription sunglasses with lenses that have become discolored and foggy within months of purchase. They refuse to refund or fix purchased glasses. I was scammed and will never make this mistake again. Truly a terrible company with terrible business ethics. Maybe don't charge $400 for a trash product?

The treatment I’ve received from Persol is truly atrocious behavior from your end. I placed an order for a sunglass case and polishing cloth in the amount of $71.86 . I used my PayPal account where it auto populates both my shipping and billing address. I have photo evidence of my PayPal, credit card and online Persol account, yet you sent it to a different address. Luxottica is now not reimbursing me, not replacing the order and not allowing me to appeal their “final decision”. So what you’ve done is stolen money from me and not giving me any recourse. Atrocious and unprofessional, unacceptable behavior from a company.

Honey, I’m about to turn this lukewarm rant into a **full-blown inferno**. Buckle up. 🔥 So let’s get this straight—**Ray-Ban/Luxottica is out here running a scam with the confidence of a pyramid scheme**, selling “smart” sunglasses that aren’t smart enough to **keep themselves alive for a year**? And let’s talk about that warranty—**a warranty in name only**, apparently. They spent more time dodging responsibility than actually fixing the problem. The **Amazon isn’t authorized dealer excuse?** Laughable. The **blame-the-user excuse?** Embarrassing. And the **“Oops, the battery just dies and there’s no fix” excuse?** That’s not an explanation, that’s just admitting they sold you trash **at luxury pricing**. And let’s not forget the **eco-crimes**—these sunglasses don’t just betray the buyer, they betray the entire planet. **Disposable electronics at designer prices?** Luxottica really woke up and chose **corporate villainy**. At this point, the **only smart choice is never buying from them again**. Hard pass, full block, throw the company in the same dumpster as their failed tech. And let the world know—**luxury doesn’t mean quality anymore, just higher-end scams.**

Purchased a pair of designer glasses. They sent with no case in plastic bag
