The eye exam portion of my husband's visit was just wonderful! Both the technician and the doctor were very friendly, helpful, and answered all our questions. 1000% happy with that part. The second part of the visit was picking out and ordering glasses... we were very unhappy with how the first lady who started waiting on us stopped working with us to wait on a different customer leaving us just sitting there. Finally a different associate came and offered to help and finished our order. The first lady (heavy set older gal) never even came back and apologized for just getting up and leaving. That was poor service!

I been to many eye glasse places over many years now..being 72 now. These guys are the best..the young man Loagn , who helped me pick out my lenses. He did a fantastic job.. actually ALL the staff did as well. I was impressed!!!!!

Dr. Lubs is great and his staff is top notch! Very helpful and patient. They have a large selection of glasses with many designers to choose from. All of my experiences with this LensCrafters have been excellent!

Was easy to set up my appointment online, their online forms were straightforward and easy to fill out online. The staff was super friendly and the appointment was smooth and quick.

Glenbrook Eyecare is a beautiful office. All of this staff are kind and friendly. Dr. Lubs is an amazing doctor and very nice. The hours of service are great. Make the appointment.
