I had an enjoyable experience today while getting my new glasses. Ty was very professional, knowledgeable and showed me great customer service! He greeted each customer with a positive greeting and a smile. Plus he was helpful and respectful and he should be training every one of your employees at the corporate level on professional customer service. Absolutely outstanding customer service! The team was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and informative from start to finish. Everyone was very knowledgeable and my visit was quick by productive. The trial contacts were great and they had some amazing specials that saved me a lot of money. No hassles, got what I needed - Near perfect transaction. Highly recommend!

Great service, slightly pricy though. But you get what you pay for, and they give some decent quality. Tommy, the man who helped set us up, he really tried to set us up with good price that fit everyone. Nana didn’t want to go to expensive, and we was having trouble, Tommy really helped us find what we need at the right price we wanted

Great experience, came in on a Saturday, got an eye exam + 2 glasses for $79. I got my glasses same day (2hrs later!!) which I wasnt expecting. Tyan was super helpful + went above & beyond! The 2 ladies that helped with the exam were super kind & helpful as well!
