Dr. Glenn was so kind and welcoming to me as a new patient. I had just signed up for an exam that morning and I felt like I had been a patient of his for a long time already!! His receptionist was so sweet and helpful when I picked out my new glass frames. I’m so glad they decided to open their office on this end of town.
Very thorough. They were able to get me in quickly to check my eye and while there we were able to get my daughter’s annual eye exam as well. Very nice people and the doctor took his time to explain what was happening with my eye. He was also very nice and made my daughter (who is shy) feel comfortable for her eye exam.
I just loved the Dr and the receptionist. The Dr had such a wonderful bedside manner and explained everything in detail. I haven’t ever had Dr like him. He’s wonderful. The receptionist smiled and spoke with such kindness before I even met her at her desk. When I was leaving she had every preparation needed before I left and explained everything. The office is clean very clean and smells wonderful. The equipment was clean.
Dr Glenn has been my optometrist for a decade and I appreciate his willingness to explain information to me. He is kind and I always feel like he cares about me as his patient and a person. He is thorough, but doesn’t push unnecessary testing.
