I had an excellent experience with Glens Falls Vision Care! I was visiting the area from out of town and needed some assistance while on vacation, and they were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The staff was so kind, welcoming, and professional, and the service was quick and efficient. I truly appreciate them going above and beyond to help me when I was away from home. I highly recommend Glens Falls Vision Care!
My initial visit began with Alyssa's patient, helpful and encouraging Information. The assistant Alexis was very patient and reassuring of their ability to help me improve my vision. She patiently explained and administered each test. It was evident from the beginning that Dr Biggers had a very clear understanding of what was required and thoroughly explained my situation. She showed a caring attitude seldom felt in my past experiences. At no time did I feel hurried they were their to help me. Everyone took the extra time to make me feel confident I was in good hands - And I was! Glens Falls, Vision, Care does what they say and the way it should be done. Thank you!
We've been coming here more than a year with two children + two adults. Dr. Biggers is easy to talk to and very professional, the kids feel lucky to have her care. The front desk staff can feel busy at times, but they have never been rude and have been super helpful when I was confused about insurance or when someone was eligible for something, etc. All of the techs and others staff have always been friendly and efficient. I've always left in a better mood than when I came in. This place seems like a great team that cares and works well together!
This was my first time at Glens Falls vision care and it was a really good experience.Great staff, great service, very friendly and knew what they were doing. Very comfortable with the whole process from the exam to deciding on a pair of glasses. I'm glad I made the choice to go there.
I lack health insurance but the out of pocket cost was way less than I expected. Very affordable. The entire staff was pleasant and super understanding. The whole building was clean and comfortable. I’ll never go back to empire vision works. Highly recommend coming here instead. Thank you for getting me in on such short notice and going above and beyond to help me.
