Visionworks is great! The staff and doctors are very helpful and nice! They help you find the perfect fitting glasses. They also have incredible prices and deals! Easy online scheduling, they even do virtual exams! Very thorough eye exam, and the doctor was able to see a tear in my retina, and sent me to a specialist immediately for treatment.
Great staff-So friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, especially Jamie ,the optometrist Who went above and beyond to help me with some questions and concerns ,also helping me with my glasses. Everybody is so welcoming. Great customer service Scheduling was pretty easy with AI -I didn’t have any issues at all getting an appointment through it. Dr. Fester is awesome ! recommend Empire Vision works for sure, I was pleasantly impressed by everyone!
They have a great selection of frames, at all different price levels. They work with my vision insurance but also send coupons so I can get extra glasses in between. The staff was very helpful when I was there.
This was my first visit to Vision Works and the experience was top notch. Doctor Jennifer Fester was absolutely amazing and on-point! Doug was great fitting my glasses and the front desk staff and assistant to the doctor were all great, competent people. I will be back for my next eye care needs. A++ eye care!
