My experience was very positive. I arrived ahead of time about 45 minutes ahead of time however, my wait time was really really short. I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving there. The whole process was great, friendly, courteous, and professional staff ,just received my glasses a couple of days ago and everything is great. I appreciate their time and their professional listening.
Yes, I kept changing my mind! I chose glare proofing and auto darkening lenses and am very pleased. They are a professional and patient group!
GNO is the Best place in the city you can go to get your eyes examined. From walking in the door to signing in you are welcome by professional workers and Doctors they are the best in the city. What I like about this place is the doctors not money hungry. They are strictly about the patient. I strongly recommend this place if you need an Eye Specialist. My Dr. experience was great he was friendly knowledgeable .The young lady that waited on me for my eye glasses was very pleasant and helpful. When I picked up my glasses I did not wait long to get them.So I would say it was a good experience from the time I walked in for the Dr.appointment to getting my glasses till walking out with them. I would recommend Greater New Orleans Eye Physicians to my family and friends. You are doing and Excellent job and I appreciate the care I received as a new patient. Thank you to your staff!!!!
