Dr Kim, and his staff were beyond wonderful!!! I have so many things to say!!! The office is clean and well managed. Everyone, and I mean everyone was so kind and answered every question. I wasn’t rushed!!! Everyone took the time to explain anything that I had a question about!!! Praying this office stays forever!!!
Everyone here at the Corsicana and at the Ennis location is so very compassionate. They care about their patients and make you feel welcomed. Everyone from the front office staff to the doctors. My kids enjoy both locations. Thank you for being patient and kind.
I waited almost two months for an appointment. Everyone was friendly and professional...them while checking out, they attempted to charge $50 for a specialist co-pay saying it was medical. No ma'am, my vision co-pay is $10. I have never been asked to pay a specialist co-pay for annual vision exams as to why I have to elect to take vision with my insurance, otherwise medical wouldn't cover a vision exam. I was then told next year, you will have to pay the $50 co-pay...no because I won't be back. It's amazing how businesses attempt to profit any manner possible while people are struggling to make ends meet.
Dr.Sands was wonderful. Very personable and very detailed and thorough. I could tell that he genuinely cared about me. The staff was also very kind and helpful and returned calls quickly.
Dr. Sands and the staff here were amazing with my eight year old son! They explained what they were doing to him before doing anything. It definitely helped him know what was going on. This was our first time here, and we will be using them for the rest of our family!
