Closed 5 mins before shift end after I called to verify that I would be approaching right before the closing time to drop off a prescription for my daughter and the lady told me it'll be fine and door will be open until closing time, by the time I arrive the doors was already closed and I couldn't drop off my daughter prescription

Left work early in Dallas to get here before they closed at 5pm on a Thursday. Pulled up at 4:35 to a closed store. Not to mention they never notified me my glasses came in and have been sitting there a month and now this. Very disappointing.

I had a great experience at Gold Eye! Ms Jamie greeted the morning very friendly. Enjoyed time spent with Ms Keisha, i soooo appreciate time taken with me, the inspirational encouraging words shared. Ms Etta was awesome, friendly, kind, she made me laugh the whole time. I love her genuine spirit. MR SCOTT SANDS! He was extremely excellent! He really took the time explaining everything during my eye exam, made me feel comfortable, showed great concern. He was willing to answer any questions I may have had regarding eye care. The clinic was clean, the appointment started right on time. Everyone handled me with care!!!!!! I love it. Wish Mr Sands could be my doctor for all my health care needs (🤗) I Highly recommend if you’re looking for thorough, caring eye care!

Love this eye clinic. Office staff and Dr. Very friendly nice and great with my 7 yr old daughter! Greatly recommend!
