My first visit to his location. I was greeted immediately and was told I would be helped very soon. Stephanie was able to provide excellent service and knowledgeable information to help me. I purchased a pair of glasses according to my prescription. I was also able to purchase a pair of sunglasses. Both of high quality. I will very likely return here in the future. I recommend this location.
Stephanie is great and she tries hard. Saturday morning she was by herself. There was no way she could handle all the appointments and walk-ins solo. Another girl came after 1030 but it wasn't enough. We waited more than 2 hours.....management needs to plan better

Stephanie provided amazing customer service from the moment I walked in! She welcomed me with a smile, she was kind and very informative every step of the way! She took her time to help me choose the right glasses and informed me of every option available. This is my first pair of glasses and she made sure that I had the best experience ever! Very bad experience. I went to get eye. I asked about the special they had for the 2 pairs of glasses for $79 with the eye exam. And the first thing the girl said was "you won't qualify its only for certain prescriptions can get it." I asked what that prescription was and she just responded that its the slowest prescription. So I went ahead and just for the exam done and decided to get my glasses online. They came in and I had a hard time seeing. So I looked online and saw that Staton offers retesting if you think there's a problem. I call up there and the refuse to do the exam. After going back and forth I get no where. I ended up going to America's best and getting another exam done. Turns out that my prescription was completely different hence why I couldn't see. Unfortunately one of the worst experiences with an eye exam ever.
